REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation) on data protection (General Data Protection Regulation)
"personal data"

THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Consent is not required if the processing is necessary to take steps to conclude a contract, fulfill a legal obligation or legitimate interest.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data are stored only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of the collection, but not more than 24 months from the last visit to the site or the last interaction with us.

We are constantly analyzing the need to keep your personal data. Periodically we analyze the data collected and processed, in order to filter, sort and maintain them only if the purpose of the processing is current.
We delete your personal data within a specified period of time, within a maximum of 12 months from the moment the relationship with us ends (for the newsletter there is the possibility to unsubscribe).
We proceed to delete the personal data when you ask us, except for the data whose supply and processing is required by a legal basis, data that we delete at the expiration of the legal term of storage.

· The right of access

· The right to delete data ("the right to be forgotten")
In cases where the data are no longer necessary for the purpose, the consent has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for the processing, you oppose the processing and there are no legitimate reasons to prevail regarding the processing or the personal data were processed illegally, you have the right to request and obtain the deletion of your personal data in compliance with the legal provisions of storage and archiving to be made available to the authorities.
· The right to restrict processing
You have the right to request and obtain the processing restriction if one of the following cases applies:
(a) challenge the accuracy of the data, for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the data;
(b) the processing is illegal, you oppose the deletion of the personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use;
(c) we no longer need personal data for the purpose of processing, but request them to establish, exercise or defend a right in court;
(d) you have objected to the processing in accordance with Article 21 (1) of the Regulation for the period in which it is ascertained whether our legitimate rights or the obligation to comply with legal provisions prevail over the rights of the person.
· The right to data portability
You have the right to request and receive the personal data provided in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable format, and you have the right to transmit this data to another operator, without obstacles from us, if:
(a) processing is based on consent pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) or Article 9 (2) (a) of the Regulation or to a contract pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation,
(b) the processing is carried out by automatic means.
· The right not to be subjected to automated decisions, including profiling that produces legal effects that affect you or affect you in a similar way to a significant extent
You do not have this right if the decision:
(a) is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the user and a data operator;
(b) is authorized by European Union law or national law that applies to the operator and also provides for appropriate measures to protect the data subject's rights, freedoms and legitimate interests; or
(c) is based on the explicit consent of the user.
· The right to notify the recipients of the rectification, deletion or restriction of personal data
We have the obligation to communicate to you as a "data subject" any rectification or deletion of personal data or restriction of the processing carried out following the request, as well as any data requests from the state authorities or data disclosures due to security incidents.
CONSIDERATIONS WITH REGARD TO DATA COMMUNICATION
· Time period: We will respond to the request within 30 days. The term can be extended, according to the Regulation for sound reasons or the complexity of the request.
· Restricting access: We may not be able to provide access to all or some of our personal data, being constrained by legal provisions and we will communicate in this regard our position in the spirit of respecting the legal provisions we are keeping. If we refuse your request for access, we will inform you about the legal reason for the refusal.
· Unable to identify you: We may not be able to search for personal data because of the identifiers you provide in your request. In some cases (data provided by cookies) we cannot identify you as a data subject, we are not in a position to comply with the request, unless you provide additional information to enable identification.
